Hello, I’m Bethany, and I’m honored that you are considering sharing your story with me. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and there are seasons when challenges feel too heavy to manage on your own. My role is to listen closely, provide support, and help lighten that load. Together, we will explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop healthier coping skills, and strengthen your resilience. I believe deeply in the strength of the human spirit and the unique gifts each person carries. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater balance, peace, and wellness. Taking the first step is often the hardest—your future self will thank you for the courage you are showing today.
Our first session will be a time to get to know each other and begin building a supportive relationship. You’ll have the space to share your story while I listen with care and compassion. Together, we’ll identify the goals you’d like to work toward and begin shaping a plan for moving forward. **I have early morning, early evening and weekend appointments available!
I bring empathy, compassion, and genuine care into every session. My clients often tell me they feel truly heard and supported, which helps them feel safe opening up. I listen deeply and work alongside you to support your growth toward greater peace and well-being.
I work with clients who are navigating challenging life transitions, feeling overwhelmed, or wanting to develop stronger coping skills. Many of my clients are eager to make positive changes but feel uncertain about how to start. My goal is to create a safe, encouraging space where you can gain clarity, build resilience, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.
I utilize a supportive and strengths-based approach as we work together to identify and develop strengths to build resiliency to overcome challenges.
Together we will implement techniques to increase self- awareness and reduce stress as we explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may interfere with achieving mindfulness.
As you are the expert in your life, we will work on identifying your strengths that we can draw upon to quickly help you meet your goals.
For clients who wish to utilize a spiritual or Christ-centered approach, I enjoy providing that upon request.
