New to Grow
I love life even when it is difficult, uncertain, and unpredictable. I experience it as a precious gift and live in constant awe of the quiet miracle of existence. I believe in hope, believe in kindness and compassion, and hold an essentially optimistic view of the human spirit. As a practicing professional, I am continually moved by the beauty and depth of psychotherapy. The psyche remains a mystery that can never be fully captured, and yet it endlessly inspires me. For me, psychotherapy is not only a profession—it is a philosophy, a spiritual path, and a way of living with attention, humility, and devotion to inner truth.
In the first session, the most important thing is simply to begin. We will see what unfolds. I do not come with ready-made answers. I invite you to be open to what you feel, to listen to your heart and your intuition, and to be honest with yourself and with me. The first meeting is a space to notice what is present, to sense whether the connection feels right, and to begin listening to what your inner world is asking for.
What truly stands out in my work cannot be fully explained in words. Therapy is a unique and living relationship between two people, sustained by an ongoing presence of consciousness. Healing does not come from techniques alone, but from responsible, sincere work on both sides, arising from the deep center of our being—the Self. My methods are designed to activate the psyche’s natural capacity for self-healing. I work with dreams, active imagination, creative art, and other experiential approaches that invite direct contact with the inner world and support meaningful, lasting change.
My ideal client is someone who believes that happiness and healing are something we create together. Someone who understands that therapy is a shared journey, a form of teamwork, where both of us actively participate in the work of growth. I value clients who are curious, willing to reflect, and open to taking responsibility for their part in the process. I believe that real change happens when we meet each other with honesty, effort, and mutual commitment to building a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
My approach to therapy is eclectic and integrative, with Jungian psychology as the primary foundation, shaped by over 30 years of psychotherapy practice. I draw from different therapeutic traditions to meet the unique needs of each person. I focus on the whole person, not just symptoms, and view healing as a process of growing in awareness, balance, and inner stability. This includes learning to accept both strengths and imperfections, the light and the shadow within us. Therapy is a collaborative process aimed at deeper understanding, emotional well-being, and meaningful, lasting change.
My approach integrative and focuses on promoting wholeness. This means accepting imperfections and “shadows,” as well as realizing the unity of life's opposites. I believe that true health involves more than just the absence of symptoms, and requires a conscious effort to understand and balance all aspects of life. To put it in the words of Jung, we should strive for the life in the midst of opposites. Every day there is more to be learned.
Part of my work is also experiential and creative. It goes beyond talking alone and includes methods such as dream analysis, active imagination, and art-based work. These approaches allow what is felt, sensed, and imagined to become part of the healing process. Instead of only describing experiences, we also work with images, symbols, and direct inner experience to support insight, emotional movement, and deeper personal connection.
