As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have dedicated my career to supporting teens and adolescents since 2014. I find it incredibly rewarding to help young people navigate the complexities of their lives and overcome the challenges they face. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices. I am committed to helping my clients discover their strengths and create meaningful change in their lives.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, clients can expect a warm and judgement-free environment where they can share their concerns at their own pace. We'll start by discussing their reasons for seeking therapy, their goals, and any immediate challenges they’d like to address. I will ask questions to better understand their background, strengths, and support systems while also explaining how therapy works and what they can expect moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe in the power of creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their stories.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Over the past decade, I have worked extensively with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, self-harm, and other mental health issues. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is witnessing the resilience and growth of my clients.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice as a mental health therapist working with adolescents, I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address their current mental health concerns. CBT is a highly effective, evidence-based approach that focuses on identifying and restructuring unhelpful thought patterns, behaviors, and emotional responses.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

In my practice as a mental health therapist working with adolescents, I integrate Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to help clients identify their strengths and build practical solutions for their current concerns. SFT is a goal-oriented, strengths-based approach that emphasizes what is working in a client’s life rather than focusing solely on problems.

Family Therapy

My approach is centered on creating a supportive space where families feel heard and empowered. By focusing on solutions rather than dwelling on past conflicts, I help families cultivate healthier dynamics, strengthen emotional bonds, and work toward sustainable improvements in their relationships.
