Hi, I’m Dr. Walters, a licensed Clinical Psychologist. Ready to make some changes? Let’s work together to help you manage mental health challenges and recover from substance use disorders. For the past 26 years, I’ve supported people—likely much like you—in building the skills needed to get sober, stay in recovery, and address co-occurring mental health issues. I’ve worked with adults from all walks of life, including diverse ages, races, cultures, spiritual and religious backgrounds, and many in the LGBTQ+ community, to lay the groundwork for managing mental health and breaking free from drugs and alcohol. Worried that depression or anxiety might be fueling your substance use? You’re not alone—it’s common. We can explore that together and find strategies to help you manage symptoms and heal. If substance use isn’t your concern but you need help with anxiety, depression, or trauma, I can guide you toward a healthier, more balanced life. I look forward to meeting you.
