The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My experience consists of patient advocacy, behavioral interventions, evidence-based therapy, clinical consultation and case management. Embarking on the journey of connecting with a therapist requires considerable courage, and I commend you for taking this important step. My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Everyone encounters situations and experiences, which can be both stressful and overwhelming. CBT helps people to understand how one’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. CBT has had great success in promoting positive change and improving one’s emotional well-being.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution focused therapy is goal oriented and is future focused. SFT helps individuals to prioritize their strengths in an effort to promote change.
