In our first session together, here's what you can expect

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Over the course of treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-inspired and trauma-informed techniques and interventions will be used to assist individuals in learning to recognize their distortions in thinking that are creating problems, and then to reevaluate them in light of more reality-based interpretations. Individuals will be encouraged to gain a better understanding of the behaviors and motivations of others. These techniques and activities will also essential in assisting individuals in using problem-solving skills and self-care techniques to cope with difficult situations and learning to develop a greater sense of confidence in their own abilities.
