Hi, I’m Nat! I’m so glad you’re here. Seeking therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’ve been carrying pain or stress for a long time. My goal is to create a space where you can feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported as you begin to heal and grow. Clients often describe me as empathetic, grounded, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a collaboration—where you can show up as your authentic self and know that I’ll meet you there with compassion and curiosity. Whether you’re hoping to heal from past trauma, manage anxiety or depression, or simply understand yourself more deeply, we’ll move at your pace and work together toward meaningful change.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a sense of safety and trust. I’ll ask about what brings you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and what your goals are. We’ll also talk about how EMDR therapy works and how it may help you process and heal from past experiences. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of what our work together might look like.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
With over 11 years of experience as a therapist, one of my greatest strengths is my ability to create a space where clients feel truly seen and understood. I bring deep empathy, warmth, and genuine care into each session, and I take the time to really listen to what’s happening beneath the surface. I’m passionate about the work I do and find it incredibly rewarding to watch clients make progress and begin to feel more at peace within themselves. Many clients have shared that they feel comfortable opening up with me and appreciate my balanced mix of compassion and practicality in helping them reach their goals. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community myself, I’m especially passionate about providing affirming care and creating a space where all identities feel safe and supported.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I specialize in EMDR therapy and trauma-informed care, helping clients work through painful experiences that may still affect their daily life, relationships, or sense of self. I also work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, and LGBTQIA+ issues, offering a compassionate and affirming environment for self-exploration and growth. My approach is collaborative and client-centered—you are the expert on your own story, and I’m here to help you make sense of it, build new skills, and move forward at your own pace. I’m deeply passionate about helping others overcome trauma because I know firsthand how transformative healing can be when you finally feel seen and supported. If you’re ready to start working toward peace, clarity, and connection, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
