My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I have taught DBT for the last 4 yrs in my women's group. It is about regulating your emotions and keeping yourself emotionally safe no matter what life throws your way. This practice also helps clients to make sound rational decisions by using critical thinking and mindfulness.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have taught CBT for years throughout therapy with different modalities, depending on what the patient needs are
