LCSW, 10 years of experience
Hi there! All minds and abilities are welcome here. I’m so glad you’re taking steps to prioritize your mental health—it's a powerful and brave choice. Therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m a neurodivergent, trauma-informed licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) serving Indiana and Montana. I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma, especially rooted in childhood and parenting experiences. I have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and deeply understand the unique challenges and strengths that come with different ways of thinking and being. I also work closely with parents of neurodivergent children, helping them navigate their own stress, grief, and uncertainty while building stronger, more connected relationships with their kids. Whether you’re managing your own neurodivergence, processing trauma, or supporting a neurodivergent child—you are welcome here. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. I look forward to meeting you.
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, explore what’s bringing you to therapy, and begin building a plan that fits your goals and needs.
Over the years, I’ve cultivated a therapeutic space where clients feel safe to show up as their full, authentic selves. My greatest strength lies in creating a supportive environment that fosters trust, safety, and growth. I have an intuitive ability to see beyond diagnoses and truly recognize the person behind the struggle. Clients often share that they feel deeply understood, validated, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward healing.
My ideal clients are individuals seeking a safe, affirming space to explore and heal from trauma, especially those with experiences rooted in childhood, parenting, or complex family dynamics. I work well with neurodivergent individuals who may have felt misunderstood or unsupported in traditional settings. Whether you're navigating your own neurodivergence or parenting a neurodivergent child, I’m here to help you feel seen, validated, and empowered. You may be struggling with emotional overwhelm, burnout, anxiety, or the lasting impact of trauma. You may feel isolated, exhausted by masking, or unsure how to support your child while caring for yourself. You want a therapist who truly understands neurodivergence and the ripple effects of trauma—and who creates a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for growth. Together, we’ll work to untangle the past, build coping skills, and reconnect you with your sense of self and strength. Therapy with me is collaborative, inclusive, and rooted in deep respect for your lived experience.

Trauma-informed care is a therapeutic model that prioritizes understanding, recognizing, and responding to the effects of trauma on individuals. It emphasizes safety, trust, and empowerment, aiming to create a supportive environment where clients feel respected and validated. This approach integrates awareness of trauma’s impact on mental, emotional, and physical health, ensuring that therapy is sensitive to the unique needs and experiences of trauma survivors. The focus is not just on treating symptoms but on fostering resilience, healing, and a sense of control for the individual.
The person-centered approach is a therapeutic model that places the individual at the center of their healing process, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. This approach fosters a non-judgmental, supportive environment where clients are encouraged to explore their feelings, thoughts, and experiences at their own pace.
