Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

You can expect a safe and supportive environment with an appreciation for you sharing your life story. Latter sessions will consist of establishing goals for what you want to work on and receiving the tools/skills/strategies needed to accomplish those goals. You will leave the sessions feeling heard and empowered to move through your challenges with a new look at life.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My years of experience, personal and professional, are my greatest strengths. I have acquired experiences (lived experiences plus educational knowledge) to pass along to my patients that provide a connection of rapport and understanding.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I provide person-centered, evidence-based therapies that encompass CBT, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, strength-based interventions, mindfulness, and trauma recovery therapies, all from a holistic perspective. The ultimate goal is to assist individuals in enhancing their quality of life.
