Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll take the time to get to know each other. We’ll discuss your presenting situation, how you feel about therapy, your strengths, and any barriers you may face. I’ll also ask how I can best support you and what you hope to accomplish through therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I take a person-centered approach to therapy, while also drawing from a variety of therapeutic methods. Together, we’ll find the techniques that work best for you. My goal is to support you in achieving yours, whether that means processing emotions, building coping skills, or addressing your unique needs.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My client focus includes working with individuals ranging from children as young as 6 years old to adults. I can support you in navigating family issues, processing trauma, and developing coping skills to use in your daily life. I also work with those experiencing depression, anxiety and ADHD.
