Are you experiencing stress, sadness, anxiety, or overwhelming feelings? I know how to help you. I help support individuals and families find clarity, direction, and reach solutions while decreasing stress. Entering the process of therapy can be daunting and intimidating, but my goal is to make it comfortable for everyone. Creating a strong rapport/ therapeutic alliance is a priority of mine. I engage each client with a warm, empathic, and accepting demeanor, while building rapport and holistically addressing and integrating each aspect of their biological, psychological, and social experiences. I believe in creating a safe space and environment for each client, allowing them the freedom to introspect and work toward achieving goals.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Sessions have a “flexible structure” to them that includes 5-15 minutes of check in, 35 minutes of work on symptoms/treatment plan goals, and 5-10 minutes of “debriefing” that includes a recap of the session, any homework assignments and plans for next session. Although there is a structure to my sessions, you can expect flexibility, openness freedom.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I like to us a variety of different treatment methods as I truly believe every person is different and requires a different plan. My treatment approach is very person centered, focused on you, the client, and what you want and are looking for.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

It is most important to me to bring warmth and a sincere commitment to you in working through your difficulties. I am dedicated to helping you in the best way possible - the way that is most beneficial to your unique situation. I look forward to meeting you.
