Hello and welcome to my practice. My name is Cathleen. I earned my Masters in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University. I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for over 10 years. I have years of experience working with individuals and families going through a multitude of issues. I like to help people navigate through their life's challenges and fulfill their life's dreams.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session we will spend some time getting to know each other. I will answer any questions you have and then we will discuss your goals and what you want to get out of therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength as a provider is that I am easy to talk to. I provide a safe space to discuss anything. I don't get offended or shocked by anyones experiences. I am very nurturing but stern when needed.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have the most experience working with people with issues relating to Depression/Anxiety, Trauma. I am advocate for the LGBTQ community. I am an Adoption competent trained therapist and especially love working with families who have been touched by adoption. I also am passionate about working with woman experiencing life's challenges.
