I’ve struggled to trust therapists after some really bad past experiences, but working with Christy is different. She’s incredibly solution-oriented while still being thoughtful and respectful of my emotions. She listens deeply, even when I feel like I’m just rambling senselessly, and somehow always picks up on the small details that matter. She’s able to gently raise concerns and offer insight without ever making me feel pressured. I feel heard, respected, and supported with her.
