I have over 20 years of experience and provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to adults and couples. I am CBT certified but utilize a blend of therapeutic approaches for clients to gain support and help developing skills .I am very passionate about empowering my clients to maneuver through any hindrances to inner peace and self-love. Let me help you develop skills to get you through some of those difficult transitions. Skills that will empower you and strengthen your foundation in preparation for the expected and unexpected twists and turns of life.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During our first session, we will complete an intake that will explore your background and history in a few areas (family, social, mental health, and vocational to name a few). We will also summarize what you are seeking from counseling at this time. It is a great opportunity for you to ask any questions of me as well. At the conclusion of the session, we will schedule your next session.

Although I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I will help you accomplish your therapeutic goals through an eclectic blend of therapies tailored to meet your specific needs. I provide a comfortable, nonjudgmental space to help my clients and support them.
