About me

I’m a licensed clinical therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life transitions, grief, and healing. My approach blends compassion, cultural awareness, and evidence-based strategies to help clients rediscover their voice and reclaim joy. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you can heal, grow, and feel empowered to live with purpose and peace

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is a space for you to exhale. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, exploring what brought you to therapy, and identifying the goals and support you need right now. I’ll ask questions to better understand your story, strengths, and challenges, while making sure you feel safe and heard. Together, we’ll begin creating a plan that feels realistic, empowering, and aligned with your healing journey.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength is my ability to make my clients feel heard

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals navigating identity, loss, or emotional exhaustion who are ready to prioritize their own healing. My clients often describe themselves as strong for everyone else but struggling to find space to rest and be seen. Together, we unpack generational patterns, build boundaries, and reconnect with self-worth so you can move from survival to wholeness.
