About me

I work with people who are struggling with anxiety, low self esteem, medical conditions, depression, or stress. We'll explore new ways to ease the symptoms that may be getting in the way of your life. We'll check in on what goals and strategies are working well for you and adjust as we go. There's no one-size-fits-all approach so being flexible and open are part of the process.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll explore the symptoms or challenges that may be affecting your daily life and discuss your personal goals for therapy. We’ll begin identifying strategies and supports that can help you move toward greater well-being and create a path forward that feels right for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

With over 15 years of experience as a counselor, my greatest strength lies in helping individuals find clarity and resilience through life’s challenges. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to guide clients in understanding and transforming unhelpful thoughts and patterns. When it aligns with your values, I also integrate spirituality to support healing and growth in a meaningful way.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Whether you're facing stress, anxiety, life transitions, health concerns, or simply feeling stuck, I will meet you where you are. Together, we'll work toward healing, resilience, and meaningful change.
