Hello! I am Susan Andersen, MSW, LISW and welcome to my profile. I have been a social worker for 26+ years and enjoy working with people of all ages to help find techniques, interventions and solutions to grow emotionally and tackle barriers and navigate through the tough parts of life. I 100% believe that this is a team approach to treatment and the work done in the therapeutic environment is directed by the individual.

The first session is a getting to know each other time. Very laid back and I will accept whatever information you are willing to share.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I have always been a people person and together with the client will determine the best practice treatment approach. I am very person centered and strengths based because I believe everyone has the strength in them for the healthy change they want to see.

I have experience working with people of all ages and know navigating life can be difficult. I love helping people understand that they are not alone and can have someone to walk with them through the hard and help them live a more fulfilling life.
