As a first generation college graduate I am passionate about helping young ambitious women and professional women, create a healthier relationship with themselves and others while achieving their goals. I obtained my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Communication from Southern Connecticut University and Masters of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from University of Saint Joseph. I have many years of experience working with individuals and families in inpatient, outpatient, and school mental health treatment. I specialize in high functioning anxiety, stress management, self care, self-esteem, academic stress, relationship issues, career difficulties, and life transitions.
