My greatest strengths as a provider is developing a great working relationship with my clients so they can become comfortable enough to confide in me and seek my guidance as needed to accomplish their goals to manage stress, depression, anger, anxiety, relationship problems and issues at work.

I love working with individuals and couples of all ages including adults, young adults, and teenagers. My clients are generally looking to improve their lives and regulate their emotions daily. They work with me for problem solving, active listening, empathy and goal setting. LGBTQ+ Friendly.
