My approach is open, educational, and collaborative. I work to help clients build insight, confidence, and autonomy in their healing process. I support individuals across a wide range of ages, identities, and life experiences, and I tailor care to each person’s unique needs and goals. I have specialized training in sex therapy and work with individuals experiencing pelvic pain–related concerns, including: Pain with sex Pudendal neuralgia Vulvodynia Anxiety or resistance related to pelvic floor physical therapy Symptomatic Mycoplasma and Ureaplasma (which can be identified through expanded STI/STD testing when specifically requested from a medical provider) My work centers emotional support, education, and nervous system-informed care alongside physical healing. Sliding-scale options are available for individuals experiencing financial hardship.

First session is our intake and we use this time to see if we are compatible as therapist and client. We will consult before our session to talk over preparation for the first session. Ground rules, expectations of therapy.

My biggest strengths include working with those who struggle with low self esteem, chronic pain, intimacy issues, sexual trauma, women's health issues ( pelvic pain, endometriosis, pain during sex etc). * Those who may be first generation American/ navigating dual cultures * Everyday life stressors such as work, financial, health related * Intimate family or friend, relationship stressors or conflicts * Difficult life transitions and adjustments, such as job changes, divorce, deaths, moves, etc.
