Clarifying goals: Together, you'll define what you want from therapy. Next steps: Leave with a clear plan and sense of direction for ongoing sessions.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I believe therapy works best when clients feel truly seen and accepted. Using a person-centered approach, I create a safe and supportive space to process life experiences while developing strengths and coping skills.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I use mindfulness practices in therapy to help clients slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the present. Together, we explore simple techniques that bring calm and clarity, making it easier to manage stress and culivate a sense of peace in daily life.
