I am a client centered therapist who utilizes evidenced based, cognitive- behavioral, and mindfulness approaches in order to engage one's body, mind, and spirit for an integrated approach to wellness. I seek to utilize strength based and solution focused approaches to stimulate one's passion and offer support as one navigates their personal journey to freedom and healing.

Ms. Eleanor seemed very open-minded and was definitely very patient with me while I explained my PTSD symptoms and origination story. (While occasionally bursting into tears, I might add!) I look forward to working with her as this was my first session!
