About me
I am a native Texan who has lived and worked in the Houston area for most of my career. I have a background in mental health providing services to individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief any issues that cause distress. I have a passion for helping those that hurt and see change possible. My faith has informed and enriched my personal life and professional career. I am very proud to be trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) I do mainly focus on TRAUMA. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My biggest strength is that I am positive with all of my clients and want you to know that I am here to walk with you toward healing. I am mostly EMDR trained due to the high volume of trauma clients I have. EMDR can help with anxiety, depression and any type of trauma that has triggered you and continues to bother you.
