About me

I firmly believe that you possess the inner strength and resilience to overcome obstacles, and my role is to be your companion on this path to healing and self-discovery. Together, we'll navigate the complexities of life, identify patterns that may be overwhelming you, and work collaboratively toward meaningful change and personal growth. I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C). In my 20 years of clinical experience, I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including life transitions, relationship difficulties, grief, depression, anxiety, parenting problems, trauma, end-of-life transitioning, physical illness, and ADHD. I have also helped many people address attachment-related difficulties related to emotional abuse, abandonment, and neglect.
