I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults navigate anxiety, stress, trauma and complex family or relationship dynamics. My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices. I support clients in understanding their patterns, building healthier coping skills and developing a stronger sense of self. I strive to create a safe, non judgemental space where you feel heard, supported and empowered to make meaningful lasting change.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session will be conversational and focused on understanding what brings you in. We'll explore your goals, your current challenges, and any patterns that feel important. You do not need to come in with everything figured out-we figure it out together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is both trauma-informed and culturally responsive. I pay close attention to the impact of childhood experiences, identity, culture, and relationship patterns. I help clients explore the root of their struggles, not just the symptoms, so they can break old cycles and build healthier ways of coping. Clients often report a deeper sense of clarity, emotional resilience, and the ability to set boundaries without guilt or fear.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve adults navigating anxiety, identity concerns, relationship stress, cultural pressures, or the emotional burden of always being the "responsible one." Many of my clients are professionals balancing multiple roles, expectations, and internal pressures. They want a therapist who understands nuance, culture, and the weight of unspoken responsibilities. I help clients explore identity, manage stress, let go of survival-mode habits, and develop more emotionally aligned, empowered ways of living.
