Welcome! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience providing individual and couples therapy, with a focus on women’s emotional wellness and relationship concerns. I work with women who find themselves stuck in recurring relationship patterns, struggling with self-worth, or feeling overwhelmed by the pressure of balancing work, relationships, caregiving roles, and personal needs. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, while also grounded in evidence-based practices. Together, we explore emotional and relational patterns, strengthen communication and boundaries, and develop practical tools to support greater clarity, confidence, and balance. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, relationship stress, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy offers a space to slow down, gain insight, and create meaningful change. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire and my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Assumption College. I also complete ongoing continuing education to stay current with research, clinical best practices, and effective treatment approaches.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, I conduct a structured yet conversational assessment to better understand your symptoms, history, and current concerns. We discuss your goals for therapy, review relevant background information, and begin outlining a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I’m known for creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable opening up. I’ve often been told I build strong rapport quickly, helping people feel supported and understood from the very first session. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in practical strategies that empower clients to work through challenges with confidence and clarity.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

In my work with clients, I focus on creating a grounded, supportive space where we identify your goals together and develop a plan that feels both manageable and meaningful. I use evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you understand the patterns that keep you stuck and learn practical tools you can use right away. I focus on adults with relationship issues, family conflict and vocational stress.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a structured, evidence-based modality that helps individuals recognize and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and improve emotional well-being. I work collaboratively with each client to identify goals and implement practical, personalized strategies for growth and healing.
