About me

Time to change! You don’t have to keep living this way. You can live the life that you want to live! You don’t have to do it on your own. I help leaders, athletes, and others develop self-confidence to improve their performance in life, relationships, sports, and leadership. I love assisting people to be better by overcoming their specific struggles. I combine over 19 years of military mental health experience with sport psychology. I commissioned through the US Army's Reserve Officer Training Corps, learning leadership in one of the best leadership training programs in the world. This unique combination helps me to understand the problem from multiple perspectives and implement effective strategies and solutions to help you make the most positive changes in your life. Please make your first one now by booking an appointment with me.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

We will gain an understanding of your situation, answer your questions, and create a plan of action.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

People feel comfortable around me. I’m really good at helping people feel at ease. I create an emotionally safe space for us to explore, be vulnerable, and connect. Finding solutions is easy, but they will be irrelevant without trust between us. That is what I work hard to cultivate because that matters most.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Leaders, athletes, and those who feel "stuck" struggling with life satisfaction, performance, inner conflict, or phase of life/transitional issues.

Supportive

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Much of our suffering stems from internal thoughts and beliefs that cause us to act in ways that cause more harm. We will break down your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and set you up for success!
