Our first session is all about you! I want to know what brought you to seek counseling and what you expect. You and I will set up goals, expectations, and what is right for you.

While I feel comfortable working with most individuals who are looking for help with communication, stress, and anxiety, I feel called to work with our younger women as they are creating their identities separate from their culture, family, and even beliefs. I'm especially aware of the Mexican-American experience as a first-generation Latina.
