About me

I am supportive, understanding, validating, open-minded, flexible, non-judgemental, kind, empowering, compassionate, hopeful, encouraging, (sometimes) humorous, and LGBTQ+ affirming. I look to you as the expert of your situation and will collaborate with you in developing goals that work so that you can overcome roadblocks and achieve better mental health! I have a deep devotion to the field of mental health, and due to my own life story decided to become a mental health therapist at a very young age. I hope to be able to help you break-through any blockages and achieve your goals.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I see young women, young men, teens, children and families who are looking to learn about themselves in a meaningful manner.
