Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Upstate New York. I received my Masters from the University of SUNY Oswego and have been practicing for 10 years. I help children as young as 2 yrs old process through stressors through Play Therapy. I help families and individuals of all ages struggling with the stressors of relationships and struggles. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with clients for the past 10 years, I use evidenced based skills to give to my parents. I have been trained in Play Therapy and have a passion for children to feel safe and understood. I have experience and look forward to workoing with you to (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with parents who want to find new tools to support themselves and their family. I love working with those who are looking for support to succeed in life. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make their goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their lives.
