I’m a licensed clinical social worker who brings warmth, depth, and clarity to the therapy process. I use evidence-based approaches while remaining flexible and responsive to each client’s unique experience. I specialize in helping clients navigate complex relationships, chronic stress, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions—especially when high-conflict people or emotionally confusing dynamics are involved. I offer a thoughtful, collaborative space where we don’t just cope, but work to understand patterns, strengthen insight, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session together, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences and concerns. During this time, we will discuss your background, the challenges you're currently facing, and your goals for therapy. This initial session is an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the process and for me to understand how I can best support you. You can expect the session to focus on: Understanding Your Needs: We’ll take time to explore what brought you to therapy, whether you’re struggling with stress, anxiety, relationship dynamics, or other personal challenges. Building Trust and Rapport: Establishing a trusting relationship is key to successful therapy. I will listen actively and empathetically as you share your thoughts and feelings. Setting Goals: Together, we will begin to identify goals for our work together, whether it’s finding tools to manage stress, improving communication, or addressing deeper issues like self-worth or boundaries. Establishing a Plan: Based on our conversation, we’ll discuss the approach that best suits your needs and tailor our sessions to help you move toward positive change. Your first session is a time to begin building a path toward healing and growth, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way. There’s no need to worry about having all the answers — we’ll work through things together at a pace that feels right for you.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
As a therapist, I bring a deep sense of empathy, active listening, and a non-judgmental approach to every session. My clients often appreciate my ability to create a safe, supportive space where they can express themselves freely and explore their challenges without fear of judgment. Some of my greatest strengths include: Empathy and Compassion: I take the time to understand my clients’ unique experiences and offer validation and support. I tailor my approach to meet each individual’s needs, empowering them to reach their personal goals. Expertise in Navigating Complex Relationships: I specialize in helping individuals manage the challenges of narcissistic relationships, emotional abuse, and unhealthy dynamics. My ability to guide clients through these difficult situations with care and practical strategies is one of my key strengths. Evidence-Based Approach: I use a range of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies, to help clients achieve lasting change and build coping skills. I take a personalized, holistic approach to therapy that honors your pace and individual needs. By blending empathy with practical tools, I am dedicated to helping you navigate your challenges and create a path toward healing, growth, and fulfillment.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work best with thoughtful, self-aware adults who feel stuck in difficult relationships, patterns, or life transitions. Many of my clients feel emotionally drained, confused, or unsure of themselves—often after prolonged stress, invalidation, or high-conflict dynamics. I help clients make sense of what they’ve been through, reconnect with their inner clarity, strengthen self-trust, and develop healthier boundaries—so they can move forward with confidence, relief, and greater emotional freedom.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
The goal of CBT is to help you adapt and change your mindset and behaviors by reassessing distorted thought patterns.

Veronica has helped me through the most difficult time of my life. She has shown me how to maintain a better lifestyle for myself that has now placed me in probably the happiest I've ever been. She has a keen eye for being able to find repeat behaviors that are not obvious to you or even others. She is really insightful when it comes to breaking the pattern of habit that might be detrimental to yourself as well as giving me so many tools to have a better quality of life all around.
