I am a licensed professional counselor who also specializes in substance use treatment. I have experience with working with individuals who have experienced various transitions within their lives. I implement a very person-centered approach which allows clients to navigate their therapy journey with the support of a non-biased therapist. I like to incorporate levels of comfort that allow individuals to recognize that our sessions are a safe space for sharing.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session is a "get to know you". I like to have a steady flow of conversation that allows comfort to build within the first session. I like to use this time to simply “get to know” my clients.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a provider is the ability to allow clients to recognize their desired time for change and adjustments. This is a service for you and therefore, you should be able to exercise your readiness with my support along the way.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I have experience with working with individuals who have endured a life of transitions as well as a life full of crisis. I have worked to assist individuals along their journey of recovery and adaptation of significant changes. I have provided ongoing support to individuals who have battled anxiety, depression, as well as additional mood and personality disorders.
