I’m a collaborative therapist who genuinely loves this work and that comes through in every session. I care deeply about the people I work with, and I see myself as part of your team, not just someone you report to. Outside of the office, I stay active, spend time outdoors, and keep investing in my own growth. I use the same tools I teach, because mental health is something we all have to work at. I believe healing is deeply personal. My job isn’t to hand you a roadmap, it’s to help you find your own strengths, build real confidence, and move toward the life you actually want.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where you can talk openly without pressure. You don’t need to have everything figured out, most people don’t. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand what’s been going on for you and what you hope to work toward. I’ll also normalize what you’re experiencing. Seeking support is a healthy and human thing to do, and there’s no “right way” to start therapy. You can show up exactly as you are. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and what working together can look like, so we can move forward in a way that feels safe, supportive, and manageable for you.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
What stands out about my approach is that I show up as a real person. I’m present, engaged, and able to match your energy or bring some of my own when it’s helpful. I work hard to break through the virtual barrier so it feels like we’re genuinely in the same space, working together as a team. My style is collaborative and down-to-earth, but also rooted in solid clinical work. I pull from CBT, DBT, trauma-informed practices, biofeedback tools, behavior change strategies, and research-backed habits that actually make a difference in daily life. I’m straightforward and practical, I teach clear, doable skills you can use outside of therapy, and we build them at a pace that fits you. My goal is to support you, challenge you when needed, and help you create real change while keeping the work grounded, human, and honest.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have extensive experience providing clients with practical, actionable tools grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy. While we’ll work together in session to apply these strategies, I’ll also equip you with clear, concrete techniques you can use independently outside of our sessions.
Integrative
My approach is integrative and personalized. I combine research-based neuroscience, biofeedback tools, behavior-change strategies, habit-building skills, and a range of therapeutic modalities to meet your unique needs. This is not a one-size-fits-all process. Together, we’ll pull from a variety of evidence-based methods to address the complexities of your challenges and create a plan that truly fits you.
Trauma Informed Care
Trauma-informed care is a core foundation of my work as a therapist. Through my experience supporting individuals with trauma, I focus on creating a safe, collaborative space where both your mind and body can begin to heal. Together, we’ll build practical and empowering skills using approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness practices, and biofeedback techniques. These tools help strengthen the connection between your body and mind, allowing you to understand your nervous system, reduce distress, and develop effective strategies for navigating trauma-related symptoms. My goal is to support your healing in a way that is paced, grounded, and tailored to your unique needs, helping you move toward greater resilience and emotional freedom.
Strength-Based
I take time to truly understand your strengths and the qualities that make you who you are. Through compassion, humor, and a humanistic approach, we’ll work as a team to uncover the strengths that may feel lost or hidden right now. Together, we’ll learn how to bring those abilities forward and apply them in your daily life so you can create meaningful and lasting change.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I take a realistic, action-based approach to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Together, we’ll practice research-supported mindfulness tools and build concrete, achievable habits to support growth in areas like anxiety, depression, communication, relationships, and overall interpersonal effectiveness. I’m genuinely passionate about helping you develop as a person and being an active, supportive part of your team.
