My treatment methods

Attachment-based

Identify and explore your attachment type to understand how it impacts you in relationships.

Brainspotting

Brain spotting utilizes different eye movements to process trauma verbally and/or non-verbally.

EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps your brain process upsetting memories that feel "stuck," reducing their emotional power by having you focus briefly on the memory while following back-and-forth eye movements (or other stimulation). This process helps integrate the memory so it's less distressing and you can think about it differently, like a normal past event, allowing you to feel more present and less overwhelmed by triggers.

First meeting with Raquel, she listened to me and I felt heard. Just going through what brought me to this point and she brought up a reading suggestion for me that I will find the time to read. I very much look forward to our next talk.
