My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is more structured that traditional therapy, with an active approach to problem solving and progressing towards your goals.

EMDR

Reliving a traumatic or upsetting event in your mind can feel just as overwhelming as when it first happened, because the sounds, smells, images, and emotions often remain sharp and intense. These lingering memories can deeply affect how you see the world and connect with others. EMDR therapy works by helping you process and heal from these experiences, leading to greater emotional balance and overall well-being.

Strength-Based

Strength-based therapy is a type of positive psychotherapy and counseling that focuses on your internal strengths and resourcefulness, rather than on your weaknesses, failures, and shortcomings. The tenet is that this focus sets up a positive mindset that helps you build on your best qualities, find your strengths, improve resilience, and change your worldview to one that is more positive.

She asked many questions multiple multiple times. I’m not sure if she’s hearing my answers are wanting me to answer in a different way than how I’m answering. I’m not sure I was heard.
