Hello, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my Masters from the California State University Sacramento and have been practicing for 5 years. I help adults and young adults struggling with mental health and addiction disorders to become the best versions of themselves. I have been employed in mental health inpatient and outpatient agencies and addiction program with effective results.

In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions, rapport building, then address the presenting problems that brought you to therapy. This will assist me with helping you create a tailored treatment plan to support your goals.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Having been working in the helping profession for many years, I have supported clients from multiple diversities and social platforms. I have an understanding of how environments, people and situations contribute to a persons life stressors. I am compassionate and understanding of an individuals needs.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I enjoy working with clients of all ages to assist them with understanding their concerns and learning how to cope with the symptoms associate with them. My clients are willing to learn how to manage their symptoms, but don't yet have the effective tools needed to make this goal a reality. Most of the time they have never been able to address their concerns with a trained professional.

From the first session with Ms. Goins her vibrant and warm personality shined through the computer screen. When first logging onto our session she greeted me with the biggest warmest smile. She maintained eye contact while talking with me. Our sessions feel safe and sincere creating an environment for growth and exploration and self discovery.

I have had my 1st session w/Ms. Connie and so far she is very authentic and Solution oriented. She opened up space for me to share why I am seeking therapy and gave me an open space to talk about my situation. I look forward to our 2nd session.
