About me
Hi there! I have been a licensed therapist for 9 years, working in outpatient hospital system; I also worked for 10 years on a psychiatric crisis team. I have worked with just about every type of condition but have concentrated on people with anxiety, ADHD, career decisions and interpersonal relationship struggles. My niche age groups are females/males aged 20-35, whom I see in a very transitional and challenging period in life. Women ages 40-65 are my second demographic. My own lived experiences give me insight and help me to guide my clients through challenging times.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session is the time for me to get to know you and find out how I can help you. I like to get some historical information and also details of your current functioning. We will identify your specific issues and work to prioritize addressing them in future sessions.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strength is that I can create a comfort level easily with anyone and am able to understand and talk about a variety of topics. I love to learn new things and my patients are always teaching me, too!
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
As I said above, the 20-30 age range is my niche, but I am also happy working with women in their mid-lives and anyone looking to make career or life changes. My clients need to be motivated to work and prioritize our sessions.
