I have been a licensed independent social worker for 17 years. My experienced ranges from community based mental health to supervising to building my own private practice. In therapy, I'll create a safe, judgment-free space to explore what’s weighing on you. Together, we’ll work to build coping strategies and find clarity. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, centered on your unique needs, values, and goals.

During our first session I will answer any questions you may have. We will discuss what led you to reach out for counseling, mental health history, relationships, and begin developing strategies to reach your goals.

With 17 years of experience I am flexible to meet your therapeutic needs in a laid back and welcoming environment. I have worked with a range client needs and will work individually with each client to make the process comfortable, challenging when appropriate, and successful.
