We want you to find the support you need to make sustainable changes to help you live as you desire. I am a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I provide individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy and groups. I also use TFCBT, CBT, DBT and Family Systems Therapy. I also provide parenting coaching, clinical supervision and psycho-educational training. I specialize in working with children ages (5-18) and young adults. I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce, grief and attachment. I have a background in child-welfare/foster-care and work with children who may have been adopted or in foster-care. Our session will include a variety of techniques that will include collaboration with you to create the most sustainable plan to help you make the desired progress.

I am christian and have receiving training on how to engage in spiritual mindful with christian who need support in session and have background understanding of complexities with navigating therapy within the christian community.
