About me

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Pennsylvania. Challenges with your mental health may feel overwhelming, but it does not have to! Take some time to pour into yourself by receiving the proper support and care. Often times we struggle to take that first step in receiving help when we don't feel like ourselves anymore. You do not have to struggle alone, we can talk, learn, and grow through any of our challenges. Take your first step into feeling like a better version of yourself!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the first session, to best assist with future sessions, we will build a rapport and get to know each other. Then we will discuss the primary problem and then together we will develop a treatment to guide our future sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength as a provider is the ability to provide a safe atmosphere and meet an individual where they are. I take pride in connecting and building a healthy rapport with individuals to enhance the quality of the individual sessions.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

With my private practice I focus on creating a healthy therapeutic relationship, which will enhance the results in treatment. I offer a safe space where clients can be themselves and express their emotions in a healthy manner. I use interventions such as CBT and MI to help guide you through your life challenges.
