About me

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor with over 10 years of experience specializing in treating anxiety related disorders such as depression, generalized anxiety, adjustment disorder with anxiety, etc. I also work with people experiencing life transitions, and women's issues. I have a masters degree in clinical psychology from Azusa Pacific University and enjoy helping clients reach their life goals.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will spend time building rapport and getting to know each other. There will also be an intake and assessment process that might feel like a million questions but is just there to help us create a good treatment plan. You should be able to leave the session feeling seen, heard, and understood.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am uniquely trained as a therapist and educator and have an MEd. degree as well as a masters in clinical psychology an one in theology. I am especially good with working with teens and college age students as well as adults.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with clients who are motivated for change. I am well positioned to serve clients exploring the intersection between faith and mental health as well as working to serve clients with anxiety related disorders.
