From your very first encounter with me you will quickly learn how much you matter. I believe in providing a safe space where clients can share their challenges without any judgement. Expectations are made clear and easy from our very first session together. Building rapport is as important to the therapeutic relationship as it is to completing intake forms and assessment tools as we dive into specific challenges you're facing.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am a Hope dealer. It is my passion to be an agent of change for those struggling to hold on to their HOPE. The mind is a complex place, full of layers where we process our world, our relations, and our identity. It takes the bold and the brave to be willing to face the shadows and storms of life. I am open, honest and compassionate with all that I meet. I believe in one's ability to create a world of peace and mental stability in every endeavor in life.
