New to Grow
Hello! I am a Christian Counselor with over 20 years' experience helping others address difficult life issues. I take a holistic approach to resolve challenges related to spiritual issues, mood disorders, and relationship issues. For those clients with health and wellness goals, I’m solution-focused and practical, helping clients incorporate small changes into their daily routines. I also offer marital counseling and premarital counseling for seriously committed couples.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Clients often wonder about what to expect from their first session. I'm very laid back and strive to make my clients comfortable. So, after getting all of the "household items" out of the way, e.g. policies related to confidentiality and informed consent... we'll chat. The first session focuses on gathering information so that I can have a better understanding of how I can help you attain your therapy goals.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I am very practical and holistic and enjoy drawing out my client's strengths.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
Broken relationships, addictions, spiritual issues, or an overall sense of dissatisfaction can distract from your true purpose. Do you find yourself stuck and frustrated? I can provide a confidential and nurturing environment to help you restore your physical, emotional, and spiritual wholeness. Health, peace, and purpose are closer than you think. "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11. I would love to discuss your goals!
