Hey there! I'm a passionate therapist who specializes in helping individuals and couples overcome deep-seated issues caused by past trauma and pain. My clients often feel that life threw them one (or more) unexpected curveballs, which left them feeling unsure, stuck, and repeating unwanted behaviors. Realizing that there is more to life, my clients reach out seeking freedom, recovery and nourishing relationships with themselves and others. I have extensive experience working with clients dealing with a range of issues including codependency, addiction, eating disorders, body image and self-esteem challenges, separation/divorce, loss and grief, abuse, depression and anxiety. I take a personalized approach to each client, tailoring my therapy sessions to your unique preferences, needs and goals. My ultimate goal is to empower you to take charge of your life, reclaim your power and create positive change. If you're looking for a therapist who will support and motivate you to become the best version of yourself, let’s connect!

Linda has been an absolute life changer for me. I have been seeing her for quite a while and I went from being a people pleaser with poor boundaries to feeling like I could really stand up for myself and take charge of my life.

When I was looking through the growtherapy website, and looked in my area, I saw Linda Hood's name and I thought "Wow, she looks friendly and inviting." And I made the appointment. After talking with Linda in our first session, I knew I wanted to continue working with her. she was able to get to know me while also offering her own insights into my situation, allowing me to have some other thoughts about why I am feeling the way I'm feeling. I cannot wait to continue to work with Linda.
