About me

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing individual, couple, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I have assisted individuals work through a variety of different issues including depression, anxiety, family/relationship issues, identify confusion and life transitions. My therapeutic style is person centered and utilizes aspects of cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques. Together we will focus on empowering you to be your best self and the person you’ve always wanted to be. Let's embark on this therapeutic journey together!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first sessions I would like to go over what experiences have led you to therapy as well as your past experiences in therapy. I would like to learn how you view therapy and why it is important to start now. I would also like to know about your goals and expectations for therapy. We will close by identifying what an ideal schedule would look like for you going forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Allowing clients to feel heard, comfortable, and safe in a non-judgmental environment. Breaking down “walls” and stigmas around therapy is also of great importance to me and something I pride myself on.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with adolescents and early adults who are on the road to self discovery and looking to create meaningful and long lasting change. Many of my clients have had the desire to improve but have lacked the tools and guidance to successfully do so. They have often expressed feeling “stuck”, unheard, or misunderstood.
