About me

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, based in Kentucky. I received my Masters from the University of Kentucky and have been practicing for 11 years. I help teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression and trauma to overcome these challenges. Together we will make a plan to help you achieve your goals and live your best life. Change is possible! PLS MSG ME DIRECTLY TO SCHEDULE. I am having calendar sync issues. Thanks!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a provider, one of my greatest strengths is empathy, which ultimately leads to be very open minded. I can truly look at any situation objectively. This is a judgement free zone!

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with clients of all ages, and from different backgrounds. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about next steps.

My treatment methods

Christian Counseling

I am a Christian and believe that we are all creatures of God. I work with individuals to help them find the missing pieces.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

With CBT, I can help you learn to recognize unhelpful thoughts and replace them with more positive and realistic ones, which can lead to better mental health and coping skills.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT teaches you skills to deal with difficult situations and emotions in a healthier way. It's like having a toolkit full of strategies for handling life's ups and downs, from managing stress to improving communication in relationships.
