As a provider, one of my greatest strengths is empathy, which ultimately leads to be very open minded. I can truly look at any situation objectively. This is a judgement free zone!

Christian Counseling

I am a Christian and believe that we are all creatures of God. I work with individuals to help them find the missing pieces.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

With CBT, I can help you learn to recognize unhelpful thoughts and replace them with more positive and realistic ones, which can lead to better mental health and coping skills.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT teaches you skills to deal with difficult situations and emotions in a healthier way. It's like having a toolkit full of strategies for handling life's ups and downs, from managing stress to improving communication in relationships.
