Hi, I’m Trisha a licensed psychologist with a PhD in clinical psychology offering virtual therapy for adults. I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, panic attacks, burnout, and everyday stress so they can feel calmer and in control. My approach is warm, client-centered, and tailored to your needs. My goal is to have you leave your sessions with skills and tools to help you move forward with your life.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what brings you in and what you’re hoping for, while I learn more about your experiences and perspective. I'll listen to you and make sure I understand your needs so we can come up with a plan to help you reach your goals.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My whole life I have been one of those people that others easily share things with, I think that's because I genuinely love hearing people's life stories. I especially like to notice the strengths and skills in my clients and help them recognize it too. In my sessions, I love helping folks improve or adapt those skills to meet their therapy goals. Overall, I am a curious, warm, and non-judgmental person that is so appreciative to my clients who feel comfortable and open enough to share their experiences with me.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
Feeling overwhelmed or stuck in life and wanting to make a change.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
This evidence-based approach offers practical, hands-on tools that we’ll use together to help you understand what’s getting in your way, practice new skills, and create positive, lasting change.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
This mindfulness-based approach helps you tune into your inner experience, understand your emotions, and navigate challenges, especially those outside your control. In our work together, I guide you in applying these skills so you can respond to life with greater flexibility and intention.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i)
This structured, evidence-based approach offers a clear and effective path to improving insomnia. I’ll guide you step-by-step through the process, and many clients are surprised by how quickly their sleep begins to improve.
Strength-Based
This approach centers on your inherent strengths. Together, we’ll recognize what you naturally bring to the table and use those strengths to develop practical strategies for the issues showing up in your life.
