I have been working in the helping field since 2015. I utilize person-centered and positive psychology models and have experience in DBT, CBT and trauma focused care. My experience includes working with children, adolescents and adults in various settings. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then discuss the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Having worked in various levels of therapeutic care during the past 10 years, I feel that can first assist people with understanding causes for their distress / emotional dysregulation, and afterwards create a plan to improve wellness.
