Growing up in a family rich in cultural diversity, I have had the privilege of hearing stories from relatives of various backgrounds, which sparked my curiosity and appreciation for different perspectives. This experience has inspired me to continually learn about others—their thoughts, motivations, and unique journeys. I believe my purpose is to support clients as they strive to reach their fullest potential. For me, being a therapist means walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate challenges and embrace growth. To fulfill my purpose of supporting clients on their journey toward personal growth, I believe it is my responsibility to make full use of the resources available to me and continually strive to become the best therapist I can be. I am committed to enhancing the quality of care I provide, which is why, after earning my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I pursued and completed a Doctorate in the same field. My dedication to professional growth continues through ongoing education and training in modalities such as EMDR, EFT, and others, ensuring that I am equipped with the most effective tools to serve my clients.

I am trained in EMDR, which I have found to be an invaluable tool to reduce the impact of trauma and self-limiting beliefs.

I use a unique blend of CBT and Bowen Therapy to identify problematic behavior patterns and the dysfunction that hinders our lives and relationships.
